9 tone subset of 22 as pelog analogy

see page 7 for a 9 tone notation on a 23 tone scale. (also a possibi;ity
for pelog analogies)

for the layout used on my vibraphone and marimba whic treats the 22 as
generated by the closest 7/6 like intervals
found within the 1-3-7-9-11-15 CPS set

unfortunately the notation is based on the 31 tone dallesandro since
this 22 tone instrument can play with that 31 tone one
and one notation is shared by all in order to not go crazy with
different notations for each instrument.

thanks kraig i'll have to look at these later (i'm at a freeosk right
now).
