I wonder if...

I wonder if there is anyone on the list who already knows the answer to
this question:

Has anyone composed any music based on the work of Balzano, other than me?

I am looking for any contacts (I intend to try to communicate with Dr
Balzano on this), of anyone who might know of students at the time of the
paper (1980) or afterwards, who used scales proposed in the article for
composition.

There is also an article by Paul Zweifel, PNM 1996, which proposes another
scale based around Balzano. I am also trying to find out if anyone has used
this scale for composition.

I know my own work comes from this area, but web-searches are remarkably
pauce in the response, especially to the transient notion of writing music
using these scales.

Even drawing a blank would be useful in this case.

I have...

"Below the Floater" is based on the 11-tone "diatonic" scale of
20tET,and i'm not sure if the chords i derived from it are "correct"
to his theories, but i intend to work more with it.I know Dan Stearns
must also have done a lot with it,using a 20tET fretted electric
guitar.There's also a similar 9-tone scale in 16tET...
