I've just waded throught he site, and I can't say it's new.

Colour = pitch
Numbers give rhythms with fractions denoting fractions of the beat.

Register is placed on a line, like Equiton (which has its defects as well).

Produces pretty colours but fails because a significant part of the human
population is colour-blind.

Vertical component of pitch is removed. No real way to indicate microtones
unless one has very good absolute chroma seeing, which I think nobody has.

Not a good notation at all, really...
