Hi everyone,

I've just done an update of my library of c routines to retune to any tuning
- suitable for beginner programmers in their first "hello world" type programs
or for advanced programmers who want to add midi retuning capabilities to their
programs.

It has a few more options and now has an example program that goes
through a series of tests.

The ex. program may be quite fun for anyone if you want to
try playing chords from the MSDOS prompt in Windows.

It is suitable for use with console apps as in the test program,
or windows apps too.
