Dear list,
Some years ago somebody built a clavichord with a special keyboard, tuned in 19 tet. One of you gave me the tip to look into Xenharmonikon, where I found a diagram of its keyboard, with hexagonal keys, but I read that there were actual photos of the instrument itself.
Is there a site where one could have a look at that photo/s?
Info about its builder?
Thankfully yours
Carlos

the person you're talking about, who built the 19tet clavichord,
is Scott Hackleman. (sp?)

i met Scott twice in 2001, at Microfest in April in Pomona,
California, and in November at the Microhoot in El Paso,
Texas.

Scott had a little brochure available at his presentations,
but i think the _Xenharmonikn_ article is the most fruitful
source of info. it's in _Xenharmonikn_ volume 5.

The photo of Scott Hackelman's 19-key per octave clavichord was on the front
cover of PITCHI:2. I still have the negative.
