corrected 55edo tiling bingo-card-lattice

oops! ... i just realized that the 55edo "tiling"
bingo-card-lattice was incorrect. i had included
some notes in the central periodicity-block which
were actually farther away from n^0 than what was
being shown as their commatic equivalents. now
everything in the central block is the closest
available pitch to n^0.
