Ned Evetts article

Dear Tuning:
Guitar Player Magazine has published an article on the guitar player and
cartoonist Ned Evetts, (I believe he's from Los Angeles) .
I think this article was edited on the first months of the 2000 but I'm
not sure.
Does somebody have the colection of GPM and may tell me the number and
the month of the Magazine?
