Dictionary update: Werckmeister III

for those who have always wished for a really
good way to compare Werckmeister III with 12edo ...

i've made an update to the Tuning Dictionary
"Werckmeister" entry, showing a graph which
compares the excellent 612edo approximation
of Werckmeister III to the exact 612edo integer
values for 12edo.

Where is the information on moments of symmetry scales now?

oops -- my bad! i had to upload files to the Yahoo group
one at a time, i did it in a frenzy when i first created
the group, and this one simply slipped by me.

i had a nice explanation of MOS that i had emailed to
Dan Stearns a few years ago and which i've never been able
to find again; wish i could.
