update to "equal temperament" page

hello all,

i know that my "equal temperament" definition page
/tuning/files/dict/eqtemp.htm

is already huge and very slow to download, but i've
gone and made it even bigger.

included now are several graphs showing the "bike-chain"
aspects of 12, 24, 36, 72, 152, and 217edo.
