Speaking of tuning pianos a quartertone apart...

I recall seeing (and stupidly not bookmarking) a page with pictures of
two antique multiple-division keyboard instruments, in particular a
ca.1800 Viennese grand with several tiers of only white keys.

Does anyone know where this piano is?

Yes, it's in the Kunsthistorisches Museum in Vienna.
It's a 31-tone piano built in 1796.
