new Dictionary addendum on "octave reduction"

hello all,

i've added a useful new section on "octave reduction"
to the bottom of the Tuning Dictionary entry for "octave":

it includes code which can be pasted into an Excel spreadsheet.

this is particularly useful for those who, like myself,
prefer to use prime-factor notation instead of ratios
without bothering to specify powers of 2 when it's not
necessary.
