You can find several microtonal mp3s at mp3.com. Just search for

Prent Rogers (I don't know the tuning)
Jeff Harrington (quarter tones)
Johnny Lobster (19 tone equal temperament)
Amit Lissack (I don't know the tunings)

There are others there, but I can't recall them at the moment.
