Looking for a sound card

I'm looking for a PC sound card with digital I/O and decent microtonal midi
capacity. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

The new ISIS card meets both of these requirements. Also check out the
SW1000 from Yamaha.

I am not sure about the I/0 but Turtle beach supposedly makes a
microtonal/tunable card for around 200 smackers or so
