Some 10-note, 11-limit 72-et scales

Since these are 72-et scales, I'm posting this to the main list. I first
give a Fokker block which is a JI version, and then
the 72-et scale. These are 11-limit planar temperament scales based on
the commas 242/241 and 385/384, so this is related to Miracle.
"connectivity" means in the 11-limit, and the odd limits from 3 to 11 are
given with the number of corresponding intervals and triads.

Should be 243/242; 241 is a prime, and I don't plan on investigating the 241-limit.
