Impossible to tell: SpecMusic files are for members only, so links to that file don't work.

Cheers,

The composer has asked this to remain on the list it was posted only and really didn't want it
going out everywhere. i think we should drop it!

I joined just to get the files, and I'm guessing the composer is Daniel
Wolf, given that he's on the list, the high bitrate of the files, and
the timbre with the characteristic dull attack that matches perfectly
the one from _Ring around the Moon_.

well, i was hoping anyone interested enough would *join*
SpecMusic . . . i think this piece amply demonstrates both dan's and
gene's points about 11-equal.

Well, yeah, I can do that. I just didn't know if it was one of those "try to join and we'll get back to you when we approve you, etc." kind of things. And when you just put the bare link it didn't appear if you were aware of that caveat, so I just posted it. Maybe you could just mention that when you post links like that.

Off to join the Spec group, if only for a moment...

Cheers,
Jon

Well, glad I read that. Now I'm *NOT* off to join Spec music (life is so confusing sometimes...)

Cheers,
Jon

Didn't see that. Also, am unsubscribing from SpecMusic. Can't
handle all the lists! I'll stick with tuning-math if it goes
off yahoo.

Definitely nice use of 11-equal.
