which equals ~0.30103, and which multiplied by 1000 and
rounded off to integers gives Saveur's "heptamerides":

and which multiplied by 100,000 and rounded off to
integers gives de Morgan's "jots":
http://www.ixpres.com/interval/dict/jot.htm

these were both proposed "standard interval measurments".
