Blackwood's notation of 16- and 20-tET

Blackwood's notation schemes for these tunings are not diatonically
oriented but fulfill the condition that diminished seventh chords and
augmented triads are spelled just as one would expect in 12-tET (see his
article in Perspectives of New Music).
