Scala upload

I have uploaded a new version of Scala for Windows,
which now has another virtual keyboard in the form of
a chromatic keyboard with split keys. The configuration
depends on the scale and the notation system. It's in
the Analyse menu. The shift key can be used to hold notes
and the control key as a kind of sustain. The window
can be resized which is necessary if the keys become
too small horizontally or vertically.
It's not designed for non-diatonic or non-octave scales,
but it can still be used.

When a periodicity block is created, via File->New or
the command PIPEDUM, it is now checked for torsion.

There are now notation systems for all ETs from 5 to 100
and a couple more.

The version available now has some bugfixes and the Poletti
radar has been improved to show also the alternative fifths
and thirds for inconsistent triads.
I should mention the possibility of custom keyboard mappings for
the chromatic clavier since it's a rather hidden feature.
To use it, edit scala.ini when Scala is not running and add
the line:

Clav_Key_File keymap.par

There is an example file keymap.par in the scala directory.
Each line is a pair <computer keyboard key> <scale degree>
like this for example:
x 0
d 1
c 2
f 3
v 4

If this becomes a popular feature I can add support for
switching mappings without editing the ini file.

The approximation of chords in any ET in View:List of Chords
is also quite new. Tick the checkbox and fill in any
number of steps/oct.
