The tightness of the winding and how it is stretched can be changed by the user.
I had produced sticks for both the Large and small intervals. If you wanted to represent other intervals you would need to be internally consistent.

Before you start to clip on the interval sticks the whole spiral is like a "slinky" yet as you attatch the intervals it becomes rigid.
