I agree with Graham. If this is going to start getting mathematical,
it belongs on the other list.

That's my terrible English translation of a Japanese webpage about
Equiton by Tomoshiba Fuwa.

But at least it shows you what Equiton looks like, and gives you the
gist of how it works. (I had posted this here on July 1 of last year.)

Equiton is a form of notation proposed in the 60's.
it isn't bad as every note looks the same regardless of octave.
oop i see you have a link to it below!
personally if mark hasn't been driven away , say that i have found klarscripto much better and
incorporates a wider range of musical backgrounds and levels
