Dave kindly gave me this reply some time ago to a request for the names of Blackjack hexany
triads. The third last and last are the same triad with different names. Could any of you kind
souls out there correct this error for me please?

I'm writing a piece for soprano, alto, two zithers, two psalteries and percussion, using
minimalist techniques based around Balinese and West African rhythms. I played around with a few
different hexany options for the two zithers and have settled on the two hexanies that share the
G-D fifth. This helps greatly with the two vocal parts. I also extracted all 21 tones from part of
the lattice connected by mainly fifths and thirds which helped me build the vocal lines.
Fortunately even sopranos can sing and take cues from fifths and thirds : - )

The third last has the wrong note names. Sorry. It should have been:

F#v A C< 5:6:7 minor subdiminished

All the best with your piece.
