So then can "pun" and "xenharmonic bridge" be considered synonymous?
Would it be OK to create an entry for "pun" that says simply
"see 'xenharmonic bridge'"?

Well, xenharmonic bridge worked especially well in this case, because
225/128 is 5-prime-limit, and 7/4 is 7-prime-limit. However, other
people may use "pun" for other things . . . for Daniel Wolf there are
puns, involving a zero pitch difference, even in JI . . .
