(midi)Bohlen-Pierce scale

"Blue Rondo a la Thai" is in the Bohlen-Pierce scale, 13 equal
division of the 3/1. Some of it keeps to a 9-tone MOS (ssLsLsLsL s=1 L=2).

The title refers to Dave Brubeck's "Blue Rondo a la Turk", which
happens to also have a rondo-like form, the use of 9/8 time and the
inclusion of a 12-bar structure at one point.

It does not really have anything to do with Thailand though, although
it could be interpreted as a reference to some (rather irrelvant)
discussions on this list!
