Canright's subdivision to SP Steps

David Canright's technique for subdividing intervals into what superparticular
step-sizes do exist as factors of that interval ratio (a brief excerpt is quoted
below):

appears to be similar to Pierre Lamothe'stechnique for subdividing a
superparticular ratio into its (superparticular rational factors), but is
generalized for the case of a "non-superparticular" starting ratio (or
interval), as well as being "iterative". Further operational "algorithmic" clues
