Hi Mr. President :)

I don't know what you're trying to do with this. Suggest a spectrum
that would make 22-tET sound just? This would work very well, but I'd
suggest leaving out the 13th partial altogether, since in your
scheme, some ratios of 13, if represented by their best approximation
in 22-tET, will end up with the 13th partial of the lower note 54.5
cents off from some partial of the upper note.

Now I suppose you'll accuse me of triskadecaphobia :)
