Julia Werntz's dissertation

I understand that Julia Werntz has written a dissertation about ET's and Joseph
Maneri's work and that she has condensed it into an article in the Summer 2001
issue of Perspectives of New Music. Alas, PMN seems to be about 1-2 years behind
schedule. Could someone send me her current email address or forward my request
to her if she doesn't want to circulate it generally?
