how do I map to "G?" [SCALA]

I typed in all the values of the "new" blackjack key G-D into SCALA
and, of course, the scale begins with 1/1 on C.

How do I change that, so that the scale begins with 1/1 on G?

Also, how can I keep C, which is now the 9th degree of Blackjack on
261Hz, so it's still "middle C?"

I guess these questions have to be resolved before I can proceed with
any "conversion..."
