C sound is accurate
we here at SEJIS have also produced several synth mods that are accurate to the
100th if you can hear anything betond that "Mr you're a better man than I"

cents are not my biz
we use a divide by n chip and get it to say .o1 of a hz

So you can have "Exact" tuning on a fundamental of 100 seconds or its
multiples. lets see that would be below E but could use the harmonic series
off of .03
