Hi folks,

I've recently produced a CD for my label Periplum of a new work, Soliloquy: A Ritual of Communion with Vibrating Strings, created for Harry Partch's harmonic canon by Phillip Arnautoff, who was friends with Partch during Partch's last decade of life.

This week the composition can be heard on my Internet radio program Mappings <http://www.antennaradio.com/avant/mappings/index.htm> (along with much else, most of which is in 12tet, though folks here may also be interest in Larry Polansky's Lonesome Road for piano).

There's also a work by Martin Bartlett (listed in the description of this list but, from what I can tell, rarely discussed) on the program that's currently available in the Mappings archive <http://www.antennaradio.com/avant/mappings/index1.htm>. This piece is also from a disc on Periplum.

Bests,

Herb
