The 0-tone ET scale is no more in Afghanistan.

At least in Kabul now. Men shaved their beards and women uncovered their
heads. Children flew kites and people danced and sang. And for the first
time in years, music could be heard in the streets, and the Taliban was
nowhere to be found to beat the masses into obedience. The Taliban were now
having done unto them what they had done unto the people who ruled them with
a perverted, cultic mockery of the great religion of Islam.

So the deaths of five thousand or so innocents in New York are not in vain
after all. It's not over yet; we still gotta catch that elusive outlaw
millionaire who could hide most anywhere in the world.

But anyway, I just wish I could've been in Kabul playing my guitar and
joining the party.

Oops. You're right. I should have looked there first. My humble
apologies. I've deleted it from this list and reposted it there.

One man's "terrorist" is another man's "freedom fighter". (Didn't George
Carlin say that once?)
