I've made an update to my 55-edo "Mozart's Tuning" page:

(around the middle of the page), showing the mathematics
of distributing the ~10&3/8-cents difference between
the -28 and +27 generators among the 55 pitches.

The comparison with Pythagorean at the bottom of the page is
misleading. It fails to show how most of the thirds, and even some of
the fifths, in your Pythagorean set are harmonically unacceptable for
Mozart's music. In fact, I can't see what the point of the comparison
is.
