prime/odd-limits in exponents

Of course those huge numbers can't possibly be contained
within the 5-odd-limit.

I think what I was getting at was this:
Could it be possible that there is some kind of significance
to odd- or prime-limits in the *exponents* of a ratio?
as opposed to just in the bases?
