I began using Fractals and algos to run Just/micro stuff earlier this year and
have had great success with lots of great programs initially Koan and the Well
Tempered Fractal by Bob Greenhouse>I posted that earlier but at that time folks
were a little Kranky on the list. You generate a txt file from a
fractal...modify it slightly...convert it to .mid with t2mf and then drop it
into a sequencer running out to a Scala tuned synth and tada!! The Just Tuned
Fractal . I have done several fractal quartets and trios etc..which I print out
the staff and give to "academics" to play Hah!!Email me private for an
exchange/longer explanation..I will say that Gingerbread has been the only
program I have had trouble running....
