RE: it's hell here

midtown is attempting to come back to
life, and people are attempting to work
together and help out.

We were standing on the roof of my building
in the Flatiron Tuesday, watching it all
unfold. It was horrible to see - many of my
people stood watching through the whole
thing and are still quite shaken.

I've found email to be most reliable - for some
reason I can call out but people from other parts
of the country are having trouble calling in.

It helps to talk about what happened - thanks to all
those who have called me to check that my wife
and I are OK. Please think about doing so for
those you know in the area.
