Ah great; thanks Paul. I too heard something that to me
sounded incredibly diatonic and conventional.

Jacky, check it out and maybe look at the actual values
that show up in your synth's scale edit page. Let us
know what you find out. I (and I'm sure Paul too) would
love to hear what your piece sounds like in the *real*
blackjack scale.

In the meantime, I'll tune up those subsets you
intended to use myself and take a listen.

Yes, it wasn't even a JI major scale or a meantone major scale; it
was _very_ close to 12-tET.

I suspect the initial pitch bend messages didn't make it through
somehow; thus each successive scale in the piece becomes more and
more xenharmonic. If you were to append a copy of the beginning of
the piece after the end, I bet you'd hear it in the tuning intended.
