There are a few examples by Wendy Carlos of synthesizer music using
alternate tunings and scales. What else along these lines is
available?

Here, here. Here:

http://www.wendycarlos.com/

Arguably my favorite microtonal computer music, even though
it is techno :)

used to be here: http://www.marcussatellite.com/
(Marcus Hobbs' _From on High_)

And last, but not least: Bill Sethares' _Xentonality_.
(Amazon.com).
