I was speaking with Dan Lee Mitchell about two weeks ago about this and
as far as he knows things are "still in progress." Sorry but that's all

BTW- on Sept. 22nd San Jose State University will host the northern
California edition of Partch's centinial lebration with a one day fest
of lectures, discussions and a concert. More details will be forthcoming
as they materialize.
