Dear Fellow Microtonalists!

I wanted to announce the appearance of the second issue of Jacky Ligon's
wonderful new internet publication, the Microtonal Activist. This second
issue has a publication of Joseph Pehrson's lecture about microtonality in
electronic music at Moscow Conservatory's electronic studio, the Theremin
Center on March 19, 2001, as recorded and subsequently transcribed by yours
