Composer using Phi based scale?

Erv Wilson asked me to inquire who might be the composer of a piece he
has on a compilation tape of
an extremely microtonal piece based on phi -- probably on a cycle of 25
degrees of 36 or 50 or 72-tet.
He thought it might have been Ezra Sims, but he says probably not. He
likes the piece very much.

I'll print and mail any responses to Erv as he doesn't have email.
