Tuning Dictionary updates

A further update on MIRACLE

Both of the above now showing the mapping of the
basic prime intervals in terms of generators, and
the 55-EDO page now stressing that if 72-EDO is
adopted as a standard, it won't approximate *this*
tuning all that well.

(Hmmm... *this* former-JI-guy is now focusing on
two very different EDOs! ... one mimics JI and the
other, meantone.)
