[tuning] new group: celestial-tuning

There's a new tuning list offspring:

And unlike several recent hoax-for-jokes announcements
here of new tuning lists, this one is for real.
(Of course, several of the others were real too...)

Several people here expressed interest in collaborating
on more sophisticated refinements to my _Solar System Chord_
/tuning/files/monz/solarsystem/Solar2.mid

I have not been actively involved in this project for
several months now, but I thought it would be good to
have a gathering place for those who are interested in
doing some work on it.

Note that I have listed this group under "Science|Astronomy".
My hope is that people with strong scientific knowledge
will be able to help realize my ideas on mapping astronomical
data into sound.

In turn, I cherish the possibility that these exercises may
shed light on ancient knowledge that has been lost.

PS - Take note of what I say about tolerating some discussion
of astrology. The spiritual_tuning list is one place where
some heavy discussion of astrology has taken place, and IMO
that is a better place for that sort of thing.
