I have been finding this book highly useful. I'd started at the "top" a few
years ago by plowing through Partch Genesis of a Music. This book has really
helped me fill in the gaps of my understanding. Plus, as a music teacher
myself, I really find Mathieus' teaching style quite engaging and to the
point.
