This chart is based entirely on a 7-tone MOS in 19tet,using the minor third as a generator. In a"full positive"form it looks like this, using meantone note naming:

C C# Eb E Gb G A#

So there is only one fifth. In fact in this piece i dont use any fifths at all, instead focusing on different flavors of sixth/seventh+second/third chords. The harmonic gamut is similar to the 12TET diminished scale, and also to the 9-tone MOS in 17TET i posted about most recently. They are both based on minor thirds, however"minor third"has a very different meaning structurally in these three cases.

In 17tet,the minor third is _smaller than_ 1/4 octave. Thus when adding notes to the scale"upwards from the root",the next"round"of pitches are lower than the first four.In 19tet,it is larger than 1/4 octave. And in 12tet,the minor third is 1/4 of the octave, thus the extra notes are produced by a second, mutually exclusive series of notes where the minor third is basically the interval of repetition!(only two notes in the structure though). So comparing these three scales are interesting, seeing the similarities and differences.

Very intriguing music, Mats! Dave Keenan has written much about this
scale -- see

see theory and composition coming together!

That's great Mats! I've added a link from the above page to your midi
file.

If you have the time, I would love to hear it in some other kleismic
temperaments too, namely 53-tET and 72-tET.
