Oops, a very common 'my bad' mixup of prime and odd limits.
I meant 3-prime limit and this comes from my treatment of
the basic 'consonant triads' in this scale as

8:9:12
6:8:9
9:12:16 (this inversion is a bit less restful)

All have prominent '9'-ness, however 5 and 7 are nowhere to
be found. So some quick editing mixups from '9-limit' to
'3-prime limit' left the '9-prime limit' statement.
