81-pitch lattice of Johnston's _Sonata for Microtonal Piano_

I'm going to give the Scala-type lattice for the 81-pitch set used in
Ben Johnston's _Sonata for Microtonal Piano_. Johnston only used
seven octave-equivalent pairs in retuning the 88 keys of the piano.

Note: use a proportional font, such as Courier. Contrary to usual
practice, I'll use Johnston's lattice directions: horizontal (>) =
5:4, vertical (^) = 3:2.
