OK - I can see your point.

I only used Partch's system as an example because
I thought it would be the most readily familiar to people
on this list, as a tuning system which embraced many of
the small and 'unfamiliar' (i.e., non-12-eq, non-5- or 7-limit-JI)
intervals I wanted to illustrate in 144-ET.

So, for those who liked it, here's Harry again.

The largest error for this notation from any ratio in the
system is ~4.1 cents for 21/16 and 32/21.
