I downloaded scala 2.0 for windows. Can't get the executable to run.
I ran setup, didn't help. Sound familiar? anyone?

You need to tell a bit more. Are there any error messages? What kind
of computer? Which version of Windows?
Please reply to me privately.

I had a similar problem... it was just that my .DLL were not foundable. If
it is that same problem, read the help file and it tells what you can do...
if it's not that problem.. sorry, I can't help.

Vincent-Olivier.

If it was with not finding the dlls then I had the same
problem. When Manuel said to see the readme file I found
this

set path=C:\SCALA20\BIN;%PATH%

When I edited autoexec.bat Scala 2.0 now works.

BTW, there's a world of difference between Scala 2.0 and
1.7. Fantastic! I only got this going so I can't say much
more yet.
