Miracle pitch chart with two notations

Here's a practical diagram for understanding the distribution of pitches in
Miracle. It also compares two notations of whose practicality you should be
the judge.

It's an 80k Microsoft Word Document. Sorry it's not in some more universal
format like HTML or PDF or GIF, but having done it in Word I can't figure
out how to easily get it into any of those formats.

I'm gonna have to take a break from the list for a while. The rest of my
life needs some attention.
