Scala 2.0 and GTK+

I've been trying to find time to get this going in Win98. The only GTK+
I've successfully got running is GIMP. Seems like GIMP is not the one
because Scala still can't find the dlls. Have I missed something here ?

Caught! You haven't read the readme file :-)
The assumption that GIMP and Scala use the same dll's is wrong.
