Dictionary MIRACLE entry update

I've made a comprehensive update to my Dictionary entry
for MIRACLE <http://www.ixpres.com/interval/dict/miracle.htm>,
which should be a big help to those who have been mystified
by this thread.

It now includes an "octave"-equivalent pitch-height graph
as well as a generation diagram, both of them showing how
cycling thru the 7/72-of-an-"octave" [= 2^(7/72)] generator
repeatedly, results in the blackjack, canasta, miracle-41,
and finally 72-EDO tunings.
